Houses are made of "thick" logs - whole, oval processed. Logs' diameters used in yearlong houses vary from: 20, 22, 24 and 26 cm. The basic material used for such constructions is wood of pine, spruce and fir.
On the basis of investor's concept we create technological project that is the basis of the final valuation. All building elements done according to such project are gathered on pallets and delivered to the final destination either in Poland or abroad (Europe territory). Wooden elements are transported on big semitrailers (TIR) which requires from the buyer a free access into the building site for a truck tractor with a semitrailler. On the ground prepared by the customer we carry out the building assembly according to the plan. Whilst arranging the logs, the joints are sealed by a linen material.
The construction's stability is achieved by application of special metal pins.
The house is built from "crude" logs - not dried. Once the construction is done in open, crude state, the storing period of 4 months is required to allow the whole construction air dry before the finishing touch can be made. After such period all finishing work (i.e. electrical, water supply, doors, windows, and floors) can be done.
